Who can use Chibomi
You must be 13 or older. By using the app you confirm that, and that you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your content
You keep every right to the videos and photos you upload and to the chibi content we make from them. You give us permission to process them only to deliver what you asked for. Upload only content you have the right to use, of people who are fine with being turned into a chibi. Explicit, violent or hateful material is refused automatically and repeat attempts can close an account.
Coins and Chibomi+
- Coins are a virtual currency spent inside Chibomi on videos, pictures, scenes and fits. They have no cash value, can't be transferred out, and don't expire.
- Coin packs bought in the app are sold by Apple; packs bought on chibomi.com/store are sold through Stripe and credited to the chibomi code you enter. Every price is shown before you buy.
- Chibomi+ is a subscription that renews automatically each month or year until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Its monthly coins arrive on each paid renewal.
- Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple under its policies; refunds for web purchases by us within 14 days if the coins are unspent. A refunded purchase removes the coins it bought.
- Some fits and scenes are free and others cost coins; Chibomi+ includes every fit and scene except the premium ones.
What we don't promise
Chibomi refuses to deliver a video that doesn't meet its quality checks and refunds it instead, but no result is guaranteed to look a particular way. The service is provided as is; we may change or end features, and we may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Your account
Accounts are anonymous by default. Linking an Apple ID lets you recover your chibi on a new phone. Deleting your account (Settings) removes everything in it and can't be undone.
